Guessing West Ham weren’t expecting their bid to be accepted

Didn't realise Felipe Anderson had gone to Porto on loan. Been such a poor signing after that first season

Sullivan and Gold are the only muppets that could push Ashley close to been the worst owners ever.

Have Palace still got Hennessey? That’s probably a decent move for him tbh. One where he’ll start number 2 but if Guaita loses form or gets an injury and the Butland from 4-5 years reappears, he’s good enough to keep the shirt.

Yes, apparently it was an injury to him that triggered this move.

Brighton sign Welbeck.

Big If I know, but if he stays fit that's a good signing.

No fee, one year contract.

Not a massive gamble like.

Yeah, think that might be a decent signing for Brighton. Looked like he was starting to regain a bit of fitness for Watford after the restart, and he won't be relied upon at Brighton as the only striker with a bit of flair, unlike at Watford. He'll be backup. I'd have taken him, in another life. Always liked Welbeck and still the right side of 30.

Wasn't aware it was only one year contract. Fair enough then  Still don't think he'll add any value to Brighton, but at least he won't be to the detriment of the team by taking up a decent wage for x years better spent elsewhere.
