PDF Files - Easy to set up?

Want to set up a couple of files but not got a clue how to set one up. Need to set out some T&C for the business that I can hopefully email to new clients previous to their first lesson.

Just make them in Word and save as PDF.

Download Primo PDF, go to print Word doc and choose Primo PDF from dropdown, hit print

It's in hand. Well out of date but finding majority of contact is via facebook. Website needs tidying up.
