Watched the Breaking Bad film last night, fell asleep about an hour in. Kinda sums it up. Will probs watch the rest of it at some point but not that bothered if I don't. Couldn't get into it at all once he left his old mates at the start, it just ambled along pointlessly.

Best show I've seen in the last few years along with Gomorra. It's written by the same guy who wrote Peep Show, The Thick of it and In the Loop. Differs a lot in ways from those, but the dark comedic elements are still there. Some great characters too.

More importantly, he was a writer on The Queen's Nose.

Is Succession on Sky/Now TV? Hate it when they have something good.

El Camino:  A glorified highlights wheel and incredibly underwhelming.  Was nice to get a bit of closure, but entirely unnecessary and offered nothing worth watching.  Someone must need work.

UnReal:  f***ing brilliant, a total surprise.

It's called 'Robots Zdravstvujte', which is a play on the common English expression 'Robots nice to meet you' using the Russian word for 'hello'. It's on Netflix right now and it's lots of fun.

Just watched the first episode of Succession.  Are we meant to hate all the characters?  Feels like a show about the Trumps or Murdochs.

It's canny. Not liking the way Netflix are pretending like it's the first season.

You know how Walt had to hide away in Alaska? Why doesn't Jesse? He's arguably more wanted at this point than Walt was but Jesse seemingly gets to go live his life in public

In the first few episodes, probably yeah. Outlining the basic premise and all that.
