Feel like I read somewhere that he was Rafa’s tactical guy in the back. Always feel like we’re going to be better when he and Schar play together.

Thought he faded (predictably) but we were better just at keeping the ball in the first half with him back. Him, Willems and Schar at the back and we might be able to build a bit more.

Missed this guy man. Proper defender. Him & Schar are Rafa's best signings imo.

I guess one plus point of Dummett being s*** at wing-back is that it’s a step closer to Lejeune being back at left centre-back and Willems playing left wing-back.

Good game today, looked a bit rusty at the start but it's his first game in a long time and he'll only get better from here.

Great to see him back. Thought he did really well considering it was his first in a long time. Will be class to have him and Willems on the left side of defense. Proper footballers. And Schar and Manquillo on the right aint bad at all either.

When you see it written down like that, with the addition of Fede or Jamaal in the middle and Dubravka in goal, I genuinely think it’s one of the best back lines in the league.

Have to say he looked like he was a retired player back to play in a charity game against Everton, looked absolutely knackered and they were just targeting him and running past him every time.

Trump will do well man. Don't know why but I really feel this will be the case. Really hope it will come to be that way.

but brewcy keeps flogging him like a dead horse and today is the result.

But you’ll get the morons who say what chance does Bruce have when we make mistakes like that.

He can play him in the home replay against Rochdale to get some fitness, he is far from ready to play in the premier league, although knowing the genius we have as our manager he will start him against Wolves and have Adama Traore run at him all game.

Think half the team is suffering from shellshock tbh, the transition from 'tactics' to 'give it a go' is finally sinking in.

Put your cheque book away Mike. Striker problem sorted.
Chris Hughton, simply the best manager we had from 2009-2010.
