Has it actually been confirmed who committed this before we all go blaming Islamic Extremists?

Yeah, the choice of suspects is so vast who in their right mind would pin this immediately on Islamic terrorism?! Such a bigoted society we live in....

be s**** being locked in a london eye pod for 3 hours like

What's the reasoning behind doing that anyway?

They just tweeted that it was their "tried and tested" response in events like this. I guess it reduces the chance of it being a target/people getting taken hostage.

Quote from: BBC news
Met commander BJ Harrington is making a statement. He says although he is "open-minded" to the motives, it is being treated as a terrorist incident.

Top blozzer is on the case.

hindsight and all that, but I would have thought the bridge and areas around big ben would have had those anti traffic bollards lining the pavement?

Nah more likely a cyclist gets killed than a terror attack at any specific place

There are huge tank traps pretty much around the palace. I doubt the car would have done much damage to them. Got dickheads on facebook talking crap about refugees. So frustrating.

Maybe, but it's such a touristy place.. that was my thinking. Perfect place for a daily build up of people

BBC are saying there might possibly be 2 assailants. A bald man and a guy with a goatee (the latter pictured everywhere on the internet already)

In fairness there'll be loads of people absolutely buzzing if one of them is white, as if it makes any difference.

Sky showed a video of the public surrounding the grey Hyundai but there were no police in sight. The alleged attacker was pictured next to the car unconscious afterwards. Wonder where he was at the point of that video.
