Has to be Ronaldo. 40 odd goals, CL winner, that bicycle kick, hattrick vs Spain, doing well at Juve.
Didn't do a thing in the CL after the first leg of the quarter final, didn't do a thing in the World Cup bar that hat trick which De Gea was s**** for and one of them was a pen

15 goals in 13 CL games. Played four World Cup games and scored four goals. I don't know what else he can do tbh.

What a crazy game that was. This WC had some good ones.

I'd have been tempted to give it to Mbappé, such a commanding WC performance... but I honestly haven't followed enough his regular season to judge. PSG doing squat in the CL didn't help.

https://www.skysports.com/football/news/11741/11572972/brighton-ban-supporter-alleged-to-have-thrown-pie-at-crystal-palace-players

Police arrested and Brighton have subsequently banned a fan for throwing a pie at Palace players.

Needless to say I am shocked.  What sort of world do we live in where you can't even throw a pie at players any more.  I hope SSN interview Mick Quinn about this...

Man Utd’s FA Cup match against Reading is chosen for TV, as it always does.

I'm genuinely not meaning to be a dick here, but this is purely to do with ratings surely? I know how annoying it can be for other clubs but the TV channels are going to put on the game which most people will watch.
"This is a new currency and payment network built by ex-PayPal guys, called Initiative Q. The Q currency is currently being allocated for free if you are invited by an existing member.
The idea is that if millions of people join, Q could become a leading payment network, and, according to well-known economic models, that means the value of the reward would be around $130,000.
The amount you reserve decreases every day, and each member has a limited number of invites. You can use my invite link here:

I’ve heard in the past that it’s down to the international rights. The FA Cup unlike the Premier League only sell the international rights to what is shown domestically. So in the FA Cup what is shown in say America is what’s shown on TV in the UK, where as in the Premeier League every game is shown in America even if it’s not on TV in the UK.
Obviously Man Utd attract a large international following, so therefore that’s why Man Utd are always picked.
I still think it’s a joke though. The TV companies and the FA should be doing their best to attract interest in other clubs.

Anyone having a plan for what to do the day MA finally sells the club?

Taking a day off work, buying a case of NBA, playing Local Hero on repeat and watching youtube clips from the glory days?  Ive never been able to dream about this as Ive been thinking we will be stuck with him forever, but would be fun to hear if anyone have given it some thoughts :D

Don't torture yourself, man.  It's been over a decade and I would wager a lot of money that this latest stuff about selling is pure bullshit.

However, if he does f*** off, I might be tempted to upgrade my outlook for the club from perennial relegation fodder to making the top 6 into a top 7...

But how do you feel about Perez?
Aye. Just felt I did it at the same time as you and you came out tops every time. Just in a bad mood now after Pixelhax.

Have to get this out now:

Pixel you're either hacking with the demo, or you're too f***ing good to constantly hammer us to the ground with it every time we play. Starts to take the p*ss a bit. I mean, I don't want you to not enjoy the game, but at the same time I'd quite like to enjoy playing it too.

Gerard Piqué has said he wants to buy a football club. Apparently he's already inquired about Zaragoza (which have lots of untapped potential, tbf).

I think he's an absolute fraud and the fact he's getting games for us is a sad indication of just how bad our recruitment policy has been for a decade.

But you knew that already...
