 I hadn't realized Grandaddy was back together.

They are playing Newcastle in March if you are local.
I first heard them at a show when they opened for Elliott Smith. Had to be 15 or 16 years ago. I went out and picked up The Sophtware Slump the next day-ish.

Saw them 29/01/2001. Guessing their beards will be even longer

Would love to see these guys.

Not one of the cool kids, and really insecure about it.

No more Waterloo, no more rural country halts, no more solitude: no more becoming, just interminable being.

Pulp win the Britpop longevity contest.

And in the end, the love you take, is equal to the love you make.

Their new album is a constant listen at the minute.

Bullshitters misrepresent themselves to their audience not as liars do, that is, by deliberately making false claims about what is true. In fact, bullshit need not be untrue at all.

Rather, bullshitters seek to convey a certain impression of themselves without being concerned about whether anything at all is true. They quietly change the rules governing their end of the conversation so that claims about truth and falsity are irrelevant.

I've been listening to Thundercat's newest album, but I'm never really a track or two away from reverting back to listening to this absolute gem tbh.

I'd never even heard of them a few weeks ago.

Music for hanging wallpaper to. Keeps you in a good mood when getting annoyed cutting round plugs and lightswitches.
