But all the lads love Steve and it's a right laugh in the dressing room now. Right Matt?

This lad can't be faulted for his effort and commitment.

Bit of a t*** for the pro-ashley stuff, but not his fault we  didn't buy a decent LB this summer, and not his fault he
ended up in centre mid second half.
john gibson in the chronicle this afternoon;
"John Carver has talked of playing two up top in an effort to score goals, tactically be more direct to grind out points, and just about every other possibility known to man or beast. They are the ramblings of a drowning desperado."

Great choice for a wing back. Can't recall a single run or cross.

Set up Joelington's headed effort.

As a wide midfielder I can just about handle it, as a fullback he can get ran over tonight.
"The Club admitted to the Tribunal that it repeatedly and intentionally misled the press, public and the fans of Newcastle United.

He was awful, should never play again.

Anyone tried that pizza place mike took them all to? Clearly the fresh mozzarella made from Ashley’s coagulated semen had a profound impact on Ritchie & Jamaal. “Chewy goodness, Mike.”

Have you noticed how often he plays a s*** ball forward then blames the player he targeted? Saw a few times he was getting on at Joelinton sunday

I shouldn't comment on this thread as I've been quite clear that I think Ritchie is one of the worst players in the team over the last couple of years, but I must say I found it amusing seeing him play central midfield. Like he'd never played the game before.

Newcastle 4-4 Arsenal: "From impending tragedy to near-triumph via the most improbable route possible - 95 minutes that neatly encapsulate 130 years of football on this particular piece of grass. Newcastle, United, will never be defeated."

Sir Bobby Robson - What is a club in any case? Not the buildings or the directors or the people who are paid to represent it. It’s not the television contracts, get-out clauses or the marketing departments or executive boxes. It’s the noise, the passion, the feeling of belonging, the pride in your city.
