Good. They were wasting his time down there. If we are safe early with games to spare, hope Rafa can play him once or twice before the season is out
Can't get in a league one squad, but should play in the premier league?

You really think he could't get into that League One squad?  Couldn't get in or wouldn't be let in?

Bit short sighted to say the least. HBA couldn't get into Steve Bruce's relegated Hull team so he shouldn't be starting in UEFA cup then?

Soft Danish c*** who’s bottled the real leagues, embarrassing tbh.

Why do so many weird things happen with this club? This whole loan was just bizzare
 I dunno. I'm starting to think it was us.
Trump will do well man. Don't know why but I really feel this will be the case. Really hope it will come to be that way.

It's our fault in a way if we are sending to clubs without being sure that they will at least get a look, Blackpool are an awful side and they still didn't play him.

Works both ways. They probably saw a prolific U23 striker who was scoring against EFL sides in the Checkatrade Cup thinking he’d do the job. He’s been training there, came off the bench in his first appearance so they must have had the intention of easing him in and playing him. They’ve obviously seen something that suggests he’s not ready or no better than the rest of their forwards just yet.

I've just read that, once again, he's not getting any game time at Carlisle.
What has happened to this guy? It seems only yesterday that he was banging in goals for fun for the U21's, scoring for Denmark U21's and everyone saying he should be in the 1st team.
Has he gone downhill or what?

Went from Danish boy band member to benwell charva and now spends his days hanging around parks with a bottle of white lightning. Sad stuff.

forgive me if I know nothing - are you saying he's lost the plot and doesn't look after himself?

Shola’s doing a great job by the looks of it. Woodman apart, is anyone else doing well or even playing?

People were massively jumping the gun asking for him the first team tbh. He won't have 'fallen' at all, he's just playing at a higher level than previous. PL2 is f***ing light years away from the Premier League, no idea why anyone thought it was a good idea to stick him in an already struggling side.

Maybe apart from Woodman they are all s***. From our academy with our coaches wouldn't be surprising.

Rafa wanted to improve the academy and youth coaching.

Such a silly boy.
It is my intent to purchase NUFC as soon as possible with the fullest extent of my personal wealth which may not be all that much right now, and may never be, but I stand by my statement nonetheless.

His job was to sort suitable loans though. If they’re not getting games then they should either still be here in the U23s, or at a lower level where they will play.

Callum Roberts was twice the player that Longstaff was in the reserves and he will go on to better things...saw him on several occasions and was a real player - good luck to him and everyone who leaves this godforsaken mess of a club
