To our American friends, is Tony's Creole seasoning as good as reported? I've seen it pop up a few times on Reddit etc.

That looks like something off Art Attack. What is it?

Are you having a fresh orange, lager and coffee with your dinner as well?

Mexican breakfast.  Tortilla base, eggs, onions, guacamole, avacdo sauce and some other stuff.  Was beautiful.

No beer yet.

Made proper fish and chips tonight using a beer batter. Proper lush.

Looks lovely, though I'd prefer mushy peas.

Nah not at all man, I used the Hairy Bikers recipe for the batter.

http://www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes/beerbatteredfish_93119

I think the key was getting the oil at the right temperature, I've got a kitchen thermometer to get it right as I've done it before without and not quite got it there.

Chips were just done in the Actifry.

The Mrs made the tartar sauce, although she used some Slimming World recipe.) It was nice but defeated the point a bit. [emoji38])

She prefers a marrowfat so I just went with it.

That's some impressive battering of a piece of fish like, Tooj. I do beer battered fish a bit but don't have a frier so shallow fry it. Never get it looking like that.
I tend to cut my chips at least twice the thickness of yours and think it makes for a better bite. Allows a bit of a larger area of fluffy potatoe and a larger surface area to crisp up. Oven roast them too with plenty of olive oil and sea salt. Get a nice roast potatoe kind of chip. Big fan.
And in the end, the love you take, is equal to the love you make.

Thought I'd try chilli sauce instead of garlic sauce with my takeaway pizza. What a f***ing mistake that is.

Garlic sauce raises the pizza to 4/10. Chili sauce keeps it a 2.5/10

Neither should be anywhere near a pizza unless it's 3am and you're absolutely f***ing mortal.
