Bumped for the sake of jim and his inability to scroll.  :-*
You will not be punished for your anger, you will be punished by your anger.
We ourselves are responsible for our own happiness and misery. We create our own Heaven. We create our own Hell. We are the architects of our own fate.
Student says " I am very discouraged. What should I do?" Master says, "encourage others."
We are what we think. All that we are arises with our thoughts. With our thoughts, we make the world.
It takes a wise man to learn from his mistakes, but an even wiser man to learn from others.
This is what should be done. By one who is skilled in goodness, and who knows the path of peace: Let them be able and upright, straightforward and gentle in speech. Humble and not conceited, contented and easily satisfied. Unburdened with duties and frugal in their ways. Peaceful and calm, and wise and skillful, not proud and demanding in nature. Let them not do the slightest thing that the wise would later reprove.

It's just like mcdonalds but poncier, so aye, you can take away.

You build the burger yourself, so get thinking on your preferable toppings.

The place was a hellhole, it's like McDonalds with louder music and more beards.  My burger was amazing, but the cajun fries were nasty, the saltiest thing I've ever eaten.

 they're common as muck over here so they're not quite as packed/alternative. I like the cajun fries too. Although the whole experience feels like a once every 3 months kind of thing. Else heart attack.

I've just made a tuna arabiata and despite it being the most basic one I've made it was easily the best. I did it with these ingredients in this order, highly recommend it.

Olive oil
1 red and 1 orange pepper cut in squares.
1 courgette
1/4 red onion

Fried until the courgettes start going soft.

A teaspoon of crushed garlic paste.
Chilli flakes to taste,
Palm sugar,
Season.

Fry for a few minutes.

2 tins of Italian plum tomatoes.
2 Teaspoons of basil.

Cook until it starts to thicken a bit.

2 tins of tuna
1/2 a cube of fish stock.

Stir in then stir in wholewheat penne and cook for a few minutes.

I dunno what I did differently but it was amazing.

You just bash the pasta in the sauce without cooking it?
A splatterhouse turd done in the manky toilets of a discotheque, brought on my the consumption of cowies or toot.

Some meatballs and salad, but turns out there was mainly just sauce and a few meatball fragments. Drafting a complaint as we speak.

Made a chilli and garlic bread loaf last night and combined it with the below to give it a malty twist.

Just had some of it with a bit carrot and lentil soup.

Pan fried sea bass with a beurre blanc sauce and a couple of roasted onions and peppers. a bit different to the deep fried pizza I ordered from the chippy last night.

Had a chick-fil-a spicy deluxe sandwich with waffle fries. It's tasty, but it's made even tastier by the quadruple figure calorie count and the connotation that I support the right for one to discriminate against homosexuals on the grounds of ones religious beliefs.

Disappointed that these aren't fries coated in waffle batter.

Reminds me of the halcyon days of 'breakfast for lunch' at school. French toast sticks you'd dip in syrup:

Tasted distinctly of cardboard, but we fought over them nonetheless.
