Agree like, it's excellent. In a way I'm glad it's reasonably expensive as I'd be there a few times a week given the proximity were it cheaper

Just the classic double cheeseburger, will give the rib one a go next time. Had a £15 off ubereats code so worked out being cheaper than Maccy D’s.

will be trying one of these out momentarily. Fries in burritos is the truth and the way. Unsure how "honey mango" will work with sour cream and cheddar but I believe in Del.

trip report:
w/o sauce: The tastes are individually good but left my mouth feeling confused when eaten in a bite. Not terrible but not something I really want to order again.
with sauce: the smokiness (edit: and semi-mesquiteness) of their 'hot' salsa and the smokiness of the bacon kind of transform the honey mango into a honey bbq sauce and it makes the whole thing immeasurably better. Absolutely adding it to the rotation.

I used to love the Souvlaki gyros when I lived in Athens decades ago, they've only just started to become widely available now in London, so happy days etc etc.

Yeah that's them in Grainger. All the stuff I've had from them has been pretty solid!

Heard good things about Patties so will be giving that a bash when we are a bit more free to get out and about.

The ones I like around north London are run by Greek owners, so the food is true to it's Aegean roots.
I could live off Gyros, Moussaka, Dolmades, Tsatziki and Greek salad for the rest of my days.
Incidentally, when I returned to my home after leaving Athens at the end of '83, bearing in mind it was a small town in the lakes, I couldn't even get hold of red onions, peppers, greek yoghurt or hummus.
I think crispy pancakes were the big seller at the time...

I also am a big fan of Turkish food - obviously there isn't a huge difference between theirs and Greek food.
But never, I repeat, never say that to a Greek or a Turk.
