For the Newcastle Online Terrence Malick Club, the options are The Tree of Life, with two votes, or his 2015 smash hit Knight of Cups.

The Process:
  • Member picked at random once every week.
  • Said member has 24 hours to nominate five movies of any genre, from any year. Should their time expire, a new member will be chosen.
  • Poll will then be made and all movie club members will have 24 additional hours to vote for the movie they would most like to see out of the five.
  • Everyone watches the movie with the most votes over the next 7 days.
  • Discuss the movie within those 7 days.

Rules:
  • No movies that are currently in the cinema. All movies must already be released on home video so they can be acquired easily.
  • Mike isn't allowed to vote or nominate. Ever.
  • Naturally there will be people who finish the movie before others. Any discussion on the movie must be put in spoiler tags.

Nothing better to do right now, so I'll organise this if enough people are interested.  Will even consider dropping rule 2.  Who's in?
