Hear me out. For me, when Ayoze scores, I'm like "oh yeah, we have Ayoze, he does score goals". It's not something I expect tbh. I think this would elevate his game and he'd go into games thinking "I have to score, I am the man". The lad looks confident as all hell anyway. I think if he put a little pressure on him, he'd really take it on and grow as a person into the match winning player that he actually is.

His value on Transfermarkt has been updated to "20 million euros". Just passing it on.

I reckon I might buy his shirt wherever he goes, even if it's somewhere despicable (a safe-ish statement as he's unlikely to go to a club I really loathe).

Valencia are my Spanish club. Might as well just throw all my eggs in that basket.

So Mike Ashley doesn’t want to keep Rondon who contributed to 44% of our goals last season and wants to sell our top scorer too.

And has binned the manager that guarenteed him survival.

I wonder how great this Mike Ashley plan will go

He'd be mad not to leave. I fully support any of the players who chose to walk away from this s*** stain of a club.

He's under contract for two more years so I doubt we will let him go this summer.

Unless he has a buy out clause, which I think was rumoured to be £25m?

His price isn't going to get any higher if he stays.

Nobody in place to stop outgoing transfers, everyone now has a price on their heads and if its matched their gone. This is the Newcastle Ashley wants, Perez will be replaced by a young French or Dutch lad for a couple of million and if you don't like it tuff.

Have a feeling he might go to Rafa's next club if it's in Europe.

Just Lee Charnley in charge now :azn:

We haven’t got Rafa anymore to make sure our best players don’t want to leave.

This.

I want the whole thing to burn to the ground and that starts with the better players leaving. Ideally to be replaced by utter dross.

When Rafa was here, you knew that we would get a good price for our players. Now it will be like before :idiot2:

This made me laugh out loud. It's true but it's mad how often we have to wish the worst on the club we support isn't it. There isn't another club in the league that wishes the worst on their club like we do. Imagine just having a normal competitive club and not a fat vile w***** as owner. I've forgotten what that feels like

Absolutely no reason for any player to stay, let alone one with massive potential and who came on in leaps and bounds under Rafa's tutelage like Ayoze. Only one certainty, we'll end up selling him for probably half what he'll eventually be worth. Well done MA, cracking summer so far.
