Extremely blatant Onitsuka Tiger Mexico '66 knockoffs, yeah? Especially with the name . . . .

(Mexico '66s come in a constantly-changing range of colors, this is the closest to the Adidas I could find quickly)

It’s possibly a knock off but has been around for 56 years. Was launched in 1964 for the Tokyo Olympics and has been reissued a few times since then, they were definitely in shops in 2003/04.

Onitsuka Tiger launched in the 50’s, so were around before the Japan, but didn’t start making shoes that looked like the Japan until 1964-66.
