I'd only heard bits and pieces of the story when it was happening a few years back, but he pretty much deserves every second of that time.

It's funny to read some of this after experiencing it a little bit over the past week when I was in Arizona. I wasn't near the border, but my cousins grew up in San Diego and I've crossed into Tijuana a few times with them. They kept asking me if we had Tostilocos in Chicago and I had no goddamn clue what they were talking about and here's a whole section on them.
