I've never got round to starting Worm. I think it's the length that is putting me off. Feels like it would take an age.

I thought the first Worm was great. It is long, but the way the chapters are organised and the pacing of the story mean you can blitz through it or take a breather at certain points.

I'm reading Pact now because I thought the sequel would take an age - glad to see it's done! Will try to finish Pact but the pacing is relentless like, just one escalation of stakes after another with no space in between. At least the lass in Worm had a nap once and a while

Think of it as a whole series.  It's that good that you don't actually want it to end.  Honestly think you'd love it.

I'd love to read a book about the Hulk getting beaten up by teenage girls.

I f*** with Dalinar like crazy, tbh. I'd say yes for his arc alone.

The first book is excellent, the main guy is OTT strong after that. It depends on how much of that you can tolerate.

I'm only two chapters in.  Like how this one is getting straight into the action instead of loads more exposition.
