i've been unable to watch it, tried 2-3 times and it feels like pulling teeth :(
So raise your fists and march around
Dont dare take what you need
I'll jail and bury those committed
And smother the rest in greed
Crawl with me into tomorrow
Or i'll drag you to your grave
I'm deep inside your children
They'll betray you in my name

I'm being forced through Orange is the New Black.  I'd already seen the first 2 seasons, so it's a particular joy to have to watch both with 'her'. :dave:

Oh yeah, it's pretty s***.
Bane of my life, this s***. It's f***ing terrible.

Really? I think it's a really good show. Well written, well shot. I love how each character has a story/back story and how they all interact based on that. I'm half way through season three and it's gripping.

I'm at the exact same place as you in the show and couldn't disagree more with your whole post.

I'd say in all fairness, that the first 2 seasons were alright TV.  Think the third has been terrible, the aussie actress/model is beyond awful and is cringeworthy everytime she appears on screen.  It misses Pornstache badly.  Couldn't careless about any character in it now, short of Red and Caputo.  The story with the new owners has weight, but it's a story as old as the hills and they'll do well to come out with anything remotely original from it.  So far they've gone for the predictable but acceptable reality of hiring and training practices, but the Pennsatucky line is intriguing (if distressing).

Piper's transformation and lack of 'real life' (as in not in prison) anchor makes a mockery of much of what was done well in the first seasons.

So overall, I hate it, but can enjoy it, and definitely can't accept season 3 being said to be good.  Not enjoying it much at all.
You will not be punished for your anger, you will be punished by your anger.
We ourselves are responsible for our own happiness and misery. We create our own Heaven. We create our own Hell. We are the architects of our own fate.
Student says " I am very discouraged. What should I do?" Master says, "encourage others."
We are what we think. All that we are arises with our thoughts. With our thoughts, we make the world.
It takes a wise man to learn from his mistakes, but an even wiser man to learn from others.
This is what should be done. By one who is skilled in goodness, and who knows the path of peace: Let them be able and upright, straightforward and gentle in speech. Humble and not conceited, contented and easily satisfied. Unburdened with duties and frugal in their ways. Peaceful and calm, and wise and skillful, not proud and demanding in nature. Let them not do the slightest thing that the wise would later reprove.

Every character probably doesn't need to go lesbian.

It's decent enough, on a similar absurdity level to House of Cards but not as boring. I'm one of a few who hated season 2 and like season 3. It's been ok since then, but I would be fine if I never had to watch it again.

I don't think it has a single redeeming feature tbh. [emoji38] Tbf, I probably wouldn't dislike it as much if my lass didn't watch it and I didn't have to sit through it.

I've just finished season 5.

I agree entirely about season 3, it was very poor I thought, but I picks up again from about half way through season 4. Season 5 starts slow but again picks up about halfway through.

I though the first 2 seasons were class tbh.

My lass watches Orange is the New Black. From the bits that I've seen it's absolutely bobbins.

'Narcos' is really good.
Thier is not a word. "Their" is the correct spelling.

Win, Lose or Draw. NOT "Loose"!

The illusion being broken by Black Lives Matter was a great moment in the documentary like, it changed everything I thought. Really interesting watch.

Finished Archer Dreamland. Enjoyed the setting and it got better but just seemed to fizzle out at the end.

'What the health' is pretty good if you are interested in that subject. I am convinced the owner of Netflix is some kind of hippy vegan activist  seems to have tons of documentaries of a similar nature.

Accidental Courtesy, as above, if you haven't already watched it.

I had to search for it, so I dunno if it's in the normal sections.
