Our bond over John Wick has been broken already.

I've got a hell of a lot of time for Final Space personally
So raise your fists and march around
Dont dare take what you need
I'll jail and bury those committed
And smother the rest in greed
Crawl with me into tomorrow
Or i'll drag you to your grave
I'm deep inside your children
They'll betray you in my name

Sleep now in the fire

Same.

Just skim read a poor review of it written by someone who clearly hasn’t read the books or played the games. Said it was “trying to be like GoT” because of the boobs and violence. Maybe should have done a spot of research into the source material.

I read them after playing Witcher 3 and thoroughly enjoyed them. Great stories.

Would go for the books over the audio book version. I couldn’t get into it the audible version as the narrator did my head in and I couldn’t stick with it.

The Last Wish (1993)
Sword of Destiny (1992)
Blood of Elves (1994)

These are the books the first season covers.
Mainly Ciri's parts are taken from Blood of Elves.

But I don't know if Sword of Destiny is covered or not, but It's possible that some of the stories from it could be included.

Such a dumb threadbare surface comparison, it's nothing like GOT.

It's probably best to ignore these people.

Might die without The Expanse for another 16 months. :tickedoff:
Making mistakes is how you learn.
Every generation must fight the same battles again and again and again. There is no final victory, and there is no final defeat, and so a little bit of history may help.
“What power have you got? Where did you get it from? In whose interests do you exercise it? To whom are you accountable? And how can we get rid of you?” If you cannot get rid of the people who govern you, you do not live in a democratic system.
That is why no one with power likes democracy and that is why every generation must struggle to win it and keep it – including you and me, here and now.

Should this and the what are you watching thread be merged?  They're basically used for exactly the same thing, and it's harder to keep track of what's being discussed where.

The same show is being discussed in both threads now.  Get rid of one.
