Sorry if this thread has turned into more of an irritation than a help btw, Dave. :lol: though got to say, I've had more (albeit brief) SMF connection problems recently for some reasons.

Seriously though, I can never work out whether it's my shitty internet or the forum at the moment :lol:

Quite often the forum runs fine, and then as soon as I go to post something everything slows down like hell.
