I need an apartment and all the s*** that goes in an apartment. Find.

http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-28035457.html

f*** that's cheap. I work in Newcastle Business Park, so I reckon I could walk to work in less than 5 minutes. Probably twice as long walking home. Interesting. Maybe that could be my second home.

Anyway, I was looking to rent, and somewhere significantly further West than that.

You'd need to be running round there like rather than walking, particularly with the dark nights coming.

That a PROPER rough area then? £15,000  would be worth the risk if you get a stab proof vest.

It's all downhill to work, so I reckon I could run and comfortably not get stabbed.

Getting home might be an issue.

NO should just save up and buy the place, use it as a drop in centre on matchdays.
