So raise your fists and march around
Dont dare take what you need
I'll jail and bury those committed
And smother the rest in greed
Crawl with me into tomorrow
Or i'll drag you to your grave
I'm deep inside your children
They'll betray you in my name

Annihilus is the big bad of the Negative Zone, and the Fantastic Four are heavily linked with it too. Not entirely Quantum Realm, but hey.
It'd be crazy if the mid-credits of Endgame was the Silver Surfer appearing announcing the arrival of Galactus, but that'd seem like way too much, way too soon.

Rick Jones will be the big bad of every Marvel movie going forward though. He's a t***.

NO.

Bullshit.

Shazam is a DC character.

That used to be called Captain Marvel, tbf.

  Dead meta that the Shazam trailer played before Captain Marvel.

On that subject, here’s a bit of ITK I am interested in, @Kaiz. How do trailers before films get chosen? Is it a studio choice, theater choice? A DC trailer playing before a Marvel film would seem like something Disney wouldn’t be cool with.

It depends. A studio (Disney for instance) could pay a cinema chain to only show trailers for their upcoming flicks, but that's uncommon as it costs a lot. Cinemas can decide themselves with regards to what films are coming up at their cinema, putting them in front of films where the target demographic are similar to the ones watching the current film. The most common method is the quadrant method, six teasers/trailers in total, two from the studio showing the main flick, four chosen by the cinema. The four chosen are in vastly different genres to appeal to the different audience members (say 25% get an action flick aimed at them, 25% a drama, 25% a romantic comedy and 25% a horror). Just covering all their bases.

Studios can also pay to attach their trailers to certain flicks because the demographic is the same, which is likely what WB has done with Shazam, as the people watching Captain Marvel are likely the same that would watch Shazam. It could also be a cinema decision for the same reason, if for instance Disney has not paid that chain to show their trailers, or WB hasn't paid them to show Shazam.

I really enjoyed it too. I loved that they didn't fall into a lot of the usual tropes and just got on with the story.

I don't want any specific spoilers please, but is the Captain Marvel film relevant to the new Avengers flick, or can I skip it?
