What's everyone's favourite non-domesticated animal / what animal would you most like to see / does anyone have any particularly interesting experiences with animals?

Discovered today that I think gorillas are f***ing incredible. They're so imposing but oddly human-like.

Octopus.

David Attenborough has outlived pretty much every animal he's met.

Was listening to the Off Menu podcast and they were talking about the scene in Oldboy where the guy eats a live octopus. Loyle-Carner on the episode was talking about how Octopuses are extremely intelligent. Made me feel a bit sick and I don’t think I’ll be able to watch Oldboy again now

They're big on 'pulpo' in Galicia. Remember biting into the head of a baby octopus, that had been done in a nice red wine sauce there and it was one of the most disgusting things i've ever tasted. Felt plain wrong like.

Pulpo a feira is delicious, thankfully didn’t include the head when I had it in Vigo.

There's a new ITV show coming out about a crew of people going on a tour in a bus to hunt ghosts and paranormal activity. They've called it "Ghost Bus Tours".

I don't know whether to applaud or cry at that show title

Someone got paid good money to come up with it as well. Probably went through at least 5 focus group tests as well.

Aye see it all the time at Tesco in Trinity Square. There's a sign specifically saying baskets only, but doesn't stop people like.

I'll also add women blocking the space with their pushchair and unruly kids to the list of get in the sea.

My local Asda now has two of the eight self service tills resolved specifically for the slightly smaller trolleys. There most certainly is not enough room for that bullshit whatsoever.

The amount of space in my brain dedicated to remembering football manager "regens" or other system created youth players in similar games for other sports is shameful. I don't even play particularly often amymore and these people still involuntary enter my mind regularly. I will be training at the gym, eating a meal, or spending time with the wife and have 5-10 seconds bursts of thought about George Adebayo from Ipswich Town and Griffin Symonette from Utah Raiders.

Terry Mason who I witilly nicknamed Perry.  Got him at 16 and he was with me through his whole career eventually becoming the best player in the world and the lynchpin of my all conquering Coventry side.

That was about 20 years ago  :o

Ricky Wollaston, signed from chelsea for my Barnsley side. Led us to 6 champions League titles and won the world cup with England. 20 for free kicks made him an absolute beast. English yaya. That was on 2012 haha
