Doubt I'll be up for this one.  Will try to get to one of other two (probably Kiddy game on 10th) but this one is out as my daughter is having a birthday party.

These have got a terrible record so far too...

Anyway, I've already said I can play until 11:45 or something.

Should have confirmation of a pitch tomorrow. Things were looking very bleak till Stu informed me that any time on the Sunday was alright I read the OP. I'd assumed Whitby FC were playing in the afternoon against Gateshead - a la NUFC vs whoever - meaning our game would have to be first thing, as normal. And there didn't appear to be much about. but I didn't actually look to see what division they're in, so I shouldn't have assumed anything without checking the facts first.

But i'll ring round a couple places again and confirm with you all on Wednesday or Thursday.

How's mid-day for this one? Can get Coach Lane for mid-day for two hours, or any time in the afternoon, and it will cost £110 - meaning it'll be over £4 a head. I've got to pay upfront and seeing as i won't actually be there for this one - someone who's there can book it. It's pretty awkward i know, cos i said i'd get a pitch, but it's a bit daft going round receiving £4 in the post and paypal from 27/28 people. That is, of course, if we do actually go with Coach Lane. But i'm struggling as to where else to look. I'm doing the whole thing a bit blind cos i don't really know where the pitches are in Newcastle nor do i have any contact numbers.

There are 6 names confirmed for this. Sounds like you should just be giving up on it tbh.
