The unashamed media love in of Liverpool.

Watched motd last night, soon as they went to their game... 'ahhhh Anfield, the ground where impossible dreams are made slightly less difficult' or some such bollocks.

Just f*** off.

Wish they’d decrease each country’s CL allowance from 4 to 3, 3 to 2, etc.

No issues with the format or even multiple teams in the CL from one country because I think the CL should be viewed as the bigger competition, but I do think there should be more countries represented at the group stage.

I'm sick of all this whingeing. Nobody complained, in the 90s, when we were the media darlings. The mdia impact on the game has major issues
but taling about talking points isn't one of them. Although too much f***ing talking [to fill the gaps between commercials] is one of them.

"He has no right to score from there"

Also commentators using "gorgeous" and "delicious".

Commentators who try and turn every match into some sort of story, rather than just describing the action, Guy Mowbray on MOTD does my head in with it, probably a mackem.

Supports York. Used to the commentary on Sunderland for Metro though.

Forget Coutinho. They were booing Busquets at the weekend. Pathetic.

TV commentators apologising for bad language that I never heard in the hope that someone heard it so they can take the moral high ground

You just need to get better at listening. It's got nothing to do with moral high ground and everything to do with their regulatory responsibilities.

They will also have the producer in their ear telling them to apologise.
