A good physio is a miracle worker really, so much respect for what they can do.

Anyone had experience of light pain in the ribs seven months after cracking them? I couldn't lie flat in a bed for 2 months afterwards without an agonising vice gripping type feeling and still get a much lighter but nevertheless dull ache when lying in certain positions. I'm still able to bench press but when initially lying flat on the bench it pulls slightly but doesn't hurt when doing weights. It's weird but annoying,  kind of burying my head in the sand hoping it goes away but I really don't want to stop training. However, a little worried I'll f*** my ribs up again.
