Didn’t know he needed surgery. What was it for?

Didn’t know he needed surgery. What was it for?

Cruciate ligament of the knee (not the same knee as last time).
Thier is not a word. "Their" is the correct spelling.

Win, Lose or Draw. NOT "Loose"!

Doing volleys back to a trainer while on a trampoline.

He had surgery 19 days ago ffs. The man heals at a rate that isn't human.

Rafa's doc got him geared up to the eyeballs.
Newcastle 4-4 Arsenal: "From impending tragedy to near-triumph via the most improbable route possible - 95 minutes that neatly encapsulate 130 years of football on this particular piece of grass. Newcastle, United, will never be defeated."

Sir Bobby Robson - What is a club in any case? Not the buildings or the directors or the people who are paid to represent it. It’s not the television contracts, get-out clauses or the marketing departments or executive boxes. It’s the noise, the passion, the feeling of belonging, the pride in your city.

I thought no chance at first, but to be honest I think he'll be back in training in 3 months if he's like that now. Will miss pre season most likely though.

He’ll be injured as soon as he gets back anyway. We get no luck.

Such a classy player. Him and Schär. Make a massive difference to the team being able to pass out from the back like that.

His first op worked out well and he didn’t lose much if any pace at all so fingers crossed this is it for him now. Two slightly prone knees both done and dusted. He gets a good pre season and is a mainstay of the back line.

Everyone else including Lascelles play better with him in the team.

Will be a month or 2 away.  He's putting no stress in the knee at all in those videos.
