Making mistakes is how you learn.
Every generation must fight the same battles again and again and again. There is no final victory, and there is no final defeat, and so a little bit of history may help.
“What power have you got? Where did you get it from? In whose interests do you exercise it? To whom are you accountable? And how can we get rid of you?” If you cannot get rid of the people who govern you, you do not live in a democratic system.
That is why no one with power likes democracy and that is why every generation must struggle to win it and keep it – including you and me, here and now.

At least 3 blatant examples of product placement for the book 'Hope, Faith and Courage', but no mention of the book. Weird.

Product placement for a cocaine twelve step self help book released in 1993? Don't think so. Just there to emphasise the story.

Agree with all bar the last point. Every f***er is at it. Blokes in late 40's and 50's are hoovering. Real epidemic across the board now. Stronger gear these days due to dealers serving long sentences for cutting agents alone from about 8-10 years ago.

BBC reporter reporting on medicinal cannabis, has twice referred to it as mecidinal.

In her defence, she was reporting from Amsterdam.

I wouldn't mind getting onto the non-smoking element of it.  Just no market for it over here though, mainly down to the legal status obviously.

Vaporising kits are extortionate, even the cheap ones.  Wouldn't mind one, but not skinning myself for it, I'll put up with the haggard lungs for a while longer.

This is only £53 and it's very good.

Is this not a more appropriate thread for discussions about drugs.

Leave the depression thread alone, man.
