Kezman's performance upfront in the last red/blue game was so godawful I think I'd sooner have us play a 4-4-1  he doesn't really fit into a 4-4-2, which is a shame as he has a good set piece and a decent pass (when he doesn't try the hollywood ball).

I've only ever played in a 4-4-2 when I played left back, and set up our teams goal. I need the ball to feet realistically, but I reckon I could do a job on the wing as it's not as much ground to cover and I can whip a good ball in. I'm willing to up my work rate, and quite like Cunny's formation, honestly I'm asking for a chance to show what I can do.

Like I say try it, if it doesn't work and I'm playing s**** i'll be the first to come off.

You'd be alright on the wing if the full-back was happy to do two people's running, we'd need someone with a lot of stamina.

Like I say try it. When I played left back I was on my own on the left and I did ok to be fair. I know Right back wasn't much kop but still.

Anyone got any ideas how I can top my fitness up best over the next couple of weeks? Anyone fancy an impromptu fitness session this week or anything? Doesn't have to be a team training, just if anyone else wants to have a bit of an edge?

I'm free a few fulls days this week, could book an afternoon pitch or something at Soccerdome and do some drills?

Well, I'm free during the day on Tuesday and Friday, the rest would have to be evening sessions for me to come I'm afraid if they were to go ahead.

Definitely want to do some fitness work regardless of how many NOFC games I can make, been thinking about going for a jog or something to compliment my work with the weights. This would be better with a canny bunch of lads spurring each other on to work on fitness.

Mint that sounds good! Where you wanna have it? If we get it sorted we should put details in the OP/title.

I like the idea of Soccerdome but we would have to see how much interest there was in this.

To be honest, if we managed to book it for an hour(?) we could do half an hours solid fitness work and half an hours ball work?

Doubt I'll be able to make any meets before the match but will be hammering the gym for the next fortnight to increase my fitness.

I'd be happy with Kezman somewhere where he can thread through balls and the like. Wherever that may be.
