If we fight and give our all in two weeks we will win.

Right lads. At the Library of all places  :aww:

Right, so who have we got for this? Whats the line-up? Are peope fit for this?

Really don't want to go into a situation where people havent been arsed to prepare for this, we got spanked last time due to fitness levels and poor discipline, these are two things which we can work on, regardless of talent or skill.

Back four, get drilled. Seriously. If you are playing in the back four, I suggest you get each others numbers and start texting each other, ringing each other, anything to talk through your gameplans. We can't just be turning up and expecting just to play.

Sorry for being all serious, but I would like to think everybody who has put their names down to play will be taking this as serious as me. If we get beat, so what? However, if we get beat due to lack of prep or lack of effort, I'd be really dissappointed.

If anyone needs my telephone number, PM Pilko for it, as I have no idea when I'll be back on here.

Josh, I'll ring you over the weekend regarding the game.

All the best,

John.

Sorry, but... :mackems:

f*** you. It's either that, or nothing. Theres no meet ups or training, so what the f*** do you suggest?

I suggest you get f***ed.

Only a Newcastle United supporters team would struggle to name a manager and have players fighting before we'd even kicked a ball.

Just name it. Someone needs to name a team. If there's any objections to it, i'm sure we can work on it whilst there's time. But we need a f***ing team this time where people know where the hell they're playing.

Personally i'd go:

                         NSG

Frenchie      OpNut      KenDahl      Slim

Daniel      Rocker      Pilko      Cunny

              Burnip      Wullie

Subs: Kezman, Yorkie, Gorilla

Obvs with a long trip and an early start id very muchly want to play but Anthony (FGeordie) has probably got more defensive nouse than me. I was toss at RB in the last game. Anyhow, that's my opinion anyway. Might aswell get a few people posting what they think should be the team and we might actually get somewhere.

Not too dissimilar, then. Only difference is moi in for Pilko... i like Pilko though. Rocker and Kendahl would be a mean centre-mid, mind...

Thing is, i'd argue that Nut and KenDahl are the best footballers in the team; and whilst centre-back isn't the most footballing position, we need organistation and 'brains' back there, and i reckon they'd do a good job of leading from the back. Rocker will buzz around all over the place cos he's quite blatantly on speed and crack (sprack), and with Pilko ticking things along, i think that makes a really decent crux. Nut/Ken---Rocker/Pilko.

If you're definitely up for it Greg i might drop out cos we've already got three subs and you're an infinitely better full-back than I (from what i've heard...). We can't be having more than three subs or it'll just descend into s**** like it did last time.

No you stay in.

I'd only come in if we are short.

I'm happy to be a sub if it allows people who turned up for the first one to get a start again.

Just thought rocker looked good at DM and if Nut and KenDahl are good players, put them where we're weakest.

                    NSG

Yorkie     Nut     KenDahl     Slim

Burnip  Rocker(c) Cunny    Dan_H

           Wullie   ...........

Undecided on the player to go as striker. Would put Kezman there but don't really think it's a good position for him to be in. Could possibly stick burnip there and play someone else on the flank, as yet I'm undecided. I could reprise my old striking role if we're desperate, I suppose.
