Cheers dan, got you down for the other two. I've made at a glance lists on paper in my NOFC folder (yes, I have a folder - including an address book and a notepad!) so we can see who's in and out.

Crossed Jubby off what with his gammy ankle. :thdn:

It's still open? Go on the Ultimate, the name's deceiving but worth it.

Afraid I'm out. Sorry for that. Got the shift swapped...but that Saturday is my work's 5-a-side tournament. :(

Happy to take this as one of my 3 strikes as mentioned in the sticky.

Pilko reckons hes got 14 so Im guessing its going ahead.  PM him your phone number.

He would also like your DOB, Address, creditcard details. Also send him a bank statement and a utility bill from the last 3 months.  Maybe a photocopy of your passport or driving license as well.

I had about 14 I think, although Yorkie has said he can't make it (although I'm not sure if I counted him or not). I'll have an official total later when I tot up from my list.

Just waiting to here back from the Plymouth lad, otherwise I've got another side lined up to play as a friendly (Oxford and Posh the 2 w/ends after)

I'll re-register my interest seeing as i'm gonna be in Toon that day and you guys seem a little bit short. I'm a right-back 'by trade' but don't really mind filling in wherever.

Going purely off last time...

Confirmed Squad:

Newcastle Rocker ... winger
Wullie ... striker
GeordieCunny ... dunno
CP40 ... striker
Gorilla ... goalie
KenDahlTomasson ... centre-mid
Kezman ... left-back
Kezman's Brother ... winger
French Geordie ... dunno
Yorkie ... right-back
Pilko ... defensive mid
(Stupeedo) ... centre-mid

So i suppose that's what we're looking at are we? In my person opinion, building the team round a Pilko/Stu/KenDahl centre-mid trio is the best way to go. With either Wullie or Kezman as the lone striker, probably Wullie cos i reckon he's got goals in him and merely had an off day last time (that little near post header was complete and utter genius, if you remember it). Rocker and Mini-Kezman either side of him completing a 4-3-3/4-5-1.

That's just me two cents anyways.

Gorilla

Cunny      Yorkie      FrenchGeordie      Kezman

Pilko
Stu              KenDahl

Rocker               Wullie               Kezman2

Obvs. i prefer right-back and was moderately competent there on the last outing but someone - think it was Nixon - told me that Cunny was a decent full-back, or something - so i'd be happy to shift inside.

EDIT: s***! I forgots about CP40, who's also a striker. Hmm... there's options i guess!

Mick has also said he should be available to take photographs of this momentus occasion.

We will have team photos (I SAY IT BEFORE EVERY FRIGGING GAME) and then allow Mick to take some shots of liquid football. Most likely from the Plymouth lot.

Give over, you stroppy mare.  I said i was just giving my two cents. There's been bits and bobs of a squad in the opening post for a while but no one's said owt about a prospective line-up... it's less than a week away.

I've got a nasty cold like so lets hoping it clears up by Saturday, I'm having coughing fits just sitting here typing this at the moment.

I'll still play regardless of what condition I'm in though.

Take it it's home strips at the ready? It'll be quality to play in a team all in Black and White.

Aye, home shirt, black/white shorts and black/white socks.

In that order of importance, the socks aren't vital to be that colour, as long as they ent green ofc.
