Not new, but the N51i is the best phone I've ever had.

Texting is such a joy on it.

Vodafone palmed one of these onto me when i called up to cancel my contract so that i could get an iphone.
its a nice looking phone and the internet is fast but would be on any phone with high speed net.
sent it back after an hour of using it, the menus are s**** and the whole thing just seems to lack any sort of style and is the least intuitive thing i have ever used

I'd never go for a redemption offer. They can f*** off having a short-term loan from me.

 Too f***ing right.

Total disgrace that these companies are still allowed to get away with these shady business practices, tbh.
Whether it's God or the bomb
It's just the same
It's only fear under another name
And the corporate snakes coming in to feed
On that pathetic fact known as human greed
Skin and bone being raked over those hot coals
This dump never seems to give time for human soul

The newest firmware (2.0.1) is meant to help with the keyboard responsiveness.

Can't believe I'm here again!
It's only been a few months since I got my w960i, and it's broke, and I haven't got an insurance, so I have to get me a new one.
Obviously thinking about the iPhone, but I've already got the iTouch, so basically that would be buying the same thing again.
Been pretty loyal to Sony Ericsson (last four phones), though I think I would consider moving away from them now, especially as I wasn't happy at all with the w960. The X1 looks good though, but it's still a couple of weeks away and with a hefty price-tag, don't know if I can afford it.

Go with the iPhone. It's hyped the f*** up, but it's worth most of it.

I know just how good the iPhone is, but that's also part of the problem. It'll just feel like a f***ing expensive device that I've already got.

Sell your iTouch O0
Won't get much for it, got a couple of scratches.
Anyone got either HTC S740 or HTC Touch Diamond? Or any other HTC-phone? Quite like the look of them, tbh.

Do you still got warranty on it? If you do, smash it with a rock and tell the insurance company your hamster did it.

Do you use your mobile often and to do other things than call or text? 'cause if you don't, just go with something cheap and save money that way.

I don't actually, but I'd hate to have to step down.
What would a solid, mid-range phone be? If we're talking about texting, calling, responsiveness, some music and some photography?
