Another bottled by NZ as well.

They should have won the game in the last over anyway

David Warner wins the annual Allan Border medal for best Australian male cricketer of 2019 on the back of his World Cup and Australian summer.

Still shaking my head he's back in the team tbh

The same David Warner who couldn’t buy a run in the Ashes?

Surely it had to be Labuschagne.

Warner scored more runs in his first innings of the Australian summer than he did for the entire Ashes series. He then went on to score 786 runs in eight innings with a highest score of 335.

Labuschagne scored 896 runs in eight innings including four hundreds.

The AB medal is for Tests and ODI (I think T20 gets votes too, not sure). Smith got heaps of votes for the Ashes, Marnus got lots of votes for the Pak-NZ summer, but Warner got the award due to his performances at the WC and this summer.

Labuschagne won Test POTY, Aaron Finch won ODI POTY and Warner won the T20 POTY.

Closely followed by that one. Surely the best T20 series ever.
Obviously, I'm speaking of a hypothetical world in which there is a greater club than Tottenham.

Yeah, the teams are so evenly matched. Really glad to see Steyn playing again too. Was reading Herschelle Gibbs going in on Temba Bavuma on Twitter before this game, but I reckon they need to stick with him, seems like he plays with the kind of care free attitude you need for T20.
