100 not out for Haseeb Hameed today (got 200 in a warm last week too)

Fingers crossed he’s back to his old self again

See those players who's place is under threat saying it would be morally incorrect to pick archer.  Load of bollocks.

He should be picked on form in the IPL.

Yeah - I like Woakes, but he should pipe down.  There's no way Archer doesn't improve that squad.

There's no way Archer doesn't get into the squad imo - he's the exact bowler Eng have craved for years

I do get the response from the bowling unit within the ODI squad - no one really deserves to lose their place, given how good Eng have been the last 3 years, but Archer really is a special case - much like Pietersen was in 2005

In squad for Pakistan series but not world cup but changes can be made to it.  So essentially he's in if he impresses vs Pakistan.

Bancroft scored 151* for Durham today. Decent.

Does his form warrant a spot in the Ashes squad? I don't think he'll get picked whatever his form (fall guy for the sandpaper scandal), but I'm just curious what Durham fans thought of him?

He was an idiot for doing it, but he served his punishment so let the lad get on with it.

Only played one first class game, out in 30s and 20s but he's pissing it in the one day stuff - only his second game but back to back hundreds.

He's turning out to be a fantastic signing.

We've got Carse playing for us tomorrow in the NEPL, doubt he'll be allowed to bowl though :(

Had a few dances off her when I've been in Blue velvet with friends. She's one of the ones who will push her fanny in your face, usually I like that but hers smells f***ing rotten. Only had dances off her because she agreed to take less money for the dances when me and my mate said we were skint.

I was a pure creep when I was a kid tbf. Used to spunk in deoderant can lids too

If Archer doesn’t make the WC I’ll be amazed - he’s just brilliant - walks into the ODI and Test teams for me

It's the age old debate of whether or not to pick your strongest 11, except this time it's not your local club, it's England.

Never have faith in the ECB to do the right thing.

I haven't seen much of him, but if he's as good as they say then we absolutely cannot leave him out. We've got the batsmen to score 300 every game and probably the best ODI squad of my lifetime, let's not f*** this up.

Hales withdrawn from WC Squad
Complete overreaction from the ECB as usual - nothing ever changes there

You would assume his place would go to one of Foakes/Vince/Denly - i’d go for Vince

I think they had little choice after the stuff with Stokes, one incident too many.

The fact he's been caught taking drugs for the SECOND time and after the Bristol incident tells me there's only one person to blame here and that's him.

Complete and utter stupidity and deserves everything he gets.

I was initially annoyed by the ECB, but I now wholly agree with you - Hales only has himself to blame

Some brutal stuff from Morgan today - clearly he isn’t taking s*** from no-one,

Good start by Archer, has to be picked for the World Cup.  The strength of depth we have is excellent in ODI, complete opposite in Test side mind.

So Durham have lost out on the final qualifying spot by virtue of having two games washed out to Lancs none. For some reason the ECB have changed the rule this year so it goes off games won instead of net run rate.

Lancs won 5 of 8 with 0.344 net r/r
Durham won 4 of 6 with 0.472 net r/r

Lancs go through. Absolutely ludicrous.
