Where are you going to be, Neesy? It will make a difference.
Obviously, I'm speaking of a hypothetical world in which there is a greater club than Tottenham.

And so it begins.

What ?

We're at the southwestern extreme of "lake effect snow":

https://weather.com/storms/winter/news/great-lakes-snowbelts-lake-effect-snow-records

Woke up under several inches...just shoveled and salted the drive. Accidents everywhere apparently.

Holy s***, I was twisting about scraping ice off my windscreen on Saturday morning
Mike Ashley stole my 30's

 Holy s***. That image looking in to the city. Does that have an effect on house prices north vs south?

Good question . It's a bit misleading - that picture does show how localized the snow can be, but it's not like it would always be focused on the same place. The weird thing comes when you are near the edges of the official "Lake Effect" area. This morning it was complete white-out near me and a friend, but we drove a few miles south to a puppy training school and it was beautiful blue skies.

Thank, NYC is miserable at the moment.  Reminds me of why I moved to Spain.

It's f***ing great in the cold - you just go bar-hopping and drink lots of whisky.

Williamsburg ain’t hipster anymore man, it’s fully sold out to the man with its apple stores and Whole Foods. They’re all in Bed-Stuy now.

I've got friends who live in Bushwick. I am afraid it's not even debatable anymore marra, you're in hipster central.

This weather is pretty bad.

I've used the cliché many times, but the UK really does have climate, whereas the US has weather, with bells on.

Seems it never rains in southern California
Seems I often heard that kind of talk before
It never rains in California
But girls don't they warn ya
It pours, man it pours
