Was nice around here today.

A bit too humid to referee comfortably though.

I think a monsoon hit Gateshead about 20 minutes ago. It absolutely battered down.

The sun is back!! for now at least, brilliant few days for mid febuary over here in Newry, sun out, not a cloud in the sky, think i seen yesterday that it was 11 degrees which is good for Febuary, you would get away with a t-shirt today like!

I drove down to Offaly and back yesterday Decky. Thick fog the whole way except for some sort of oasis of sunshine around Newry!

Bloody love working in this weather. 6am till 11am (working out doors for 3 of them) then the rest of the day to myself, bliss.

Let's hope there's plenty of this going on then. :D

This morning, the sanddancer sky seemed fine and sunny, so took ben and his Clampett nanna and auntie to the fair.

We parked, in the safe surroundings of the 'car park' got out, and I immediately retook my seat.

"Me and Ben are staying put, you guys do what you have to!"

Blowing a gale, adding to wind-chill, t'was fuckin freezing!

Didn't stop the Clampetts mind! Watched them fight the winds, dragging a 5 year old behind them, to go on some s*** rides - at extortionately inflated prices mind you.

They came back with 2 bags of Candy Floss.  They paid £1.50 per bag.

£1.50 FOR A FUCKIIN TEASPOOON OF SUGAR!   :idiot2:

Hope Brandon enjoyed it!  btw sugar is the basis of his diet. I've told them -

"Get him off sugar guys, cos in a couple of years, it'll be harder to watch him scream at midnight!"  Deaf ears!  (much like one of mine, but it is a sensible ear)

Shame.

Well we had all four seasons in about half an hour today. Craziness.  :idiot2:

Wish I could just win the lottery and emigrate to somewhere with a nicer climate and longer days.

Lucky schweinhunds!

I'm trapped! Having to spend "quality time" with the missus tonight. :(

I've managed to evade her for long enough now - and the Pinot Grigio's kicking in as well, thus dulling the senses and making it possible for me to endure whatever gormless oestrogen-pleasing televisual s**** she's indulging herself in right now...

Bullshitters misrepresent themselves to their audience not as liars do, that is, by deliberately making false claims about what is true. In fact, bullshit need not be untrue at all.

Rather, bullshitters seek to convey a certain impression of themselves without being concerned about whether anything at all is true. They quietly change the rules governing their end of the conversation so that claims about truth and falsity are irrelevant.

Thus indicative of the pointlessness of you being there!  Just slip through the back door.

"I think I left the shed door unlocked darling!"

And pop off for a quick pint and a game of pool!

Go on! Do it!

You will then be the "chosen one" for eternity
