It's written by David Goyer, it will not be good.

That Will Smith clone movie looks dead wild.

the lads done a good job with deadpool and this apparently retcons eveything after T2 but i'm highly sceptical considering arnie is in it again as an old f***ing robot again :anguish:
So raise your fists and march around
Dont dare take what you need
I'll jail and bury those committed
And smother the rest in greed
Crawl with me into tomorrow
Or i'll drag you to your grave
I'm deep inside your children
They'll betray you in my name

Everything I've heard says he's playing a human character, but could be wrong.

Desperate for it to be good but it probably won't be. Cameron's involvement certainly doesn't guarantee a return to form but David Goyer's been involved in some good stuff; Dark Knight trilogy above all.

You didn’t even like T2 so your opinion on anything other than what island you’d prefer to be exiled to is f***ing invalid you soulless monster.

The return of Sergeant Candy?

Thier is not a word. "Their" is the correct spelling.

 They built ostensibly unkillable robots to subjugate the remaining human population but at no point in R&D did anyone point out the bit of code where the f***ing robots get old. Oh no we're cornered by a Terminator, I think this is it, oh wait, he's off to have a slash again because he's f***ing 70.

Am I supposed to want to watch that trailer based off the thumbnail? Cause it's having the opposite effect.

The Terminator franchise has been criminally let down like. Such a cool idea, such bad executions.

It looks no different to 'Terminator 3' and 'Terminator Genisys'. Like I've previously said, James Cameron hasn't made a really good film since 'Terminator 2'. He also liked 'Terminator Genisys'.

To be fair I've enjoyed all the Terminator films but the first 2 are the best by miles.

they upgraded the terminator once in an incredibly cool and shocking way, now every iteration is some new bullshit upgrade that they can't even be bothered to save to reveal in the actual movie

Its basically the TX from T3 but can split in 2 and the new lass is a gender swapped Marcus from Salvation. Not an original idea in this pile of s****.

Bet arnie dies after about 5mins screen time.

Yep... Tony Stark called and wants his 'Nanotech' back (at least look like what new bad Termy is made of).
Claim to fame.... Han Solo stole my uniform.

I know he isn't directing it but he's producing it isn't he? He's busy making 4 sequels to 'Avatar' no one wanted.

My point was he is lending his name to this and he enjoyed 'Terminator Genisys' (just in case people thought James Cameron's name meant it would be a return to the quality of the first 2 films).

Why can’t some of these f***ers just make an original film and leave what remains of the legacy of iconic films like T2 alone.

I don't know the exact specifics of this particular film. But the general rule of thumb is that if a sequel to a franchise you created gets made, you get a Producer title and fee without having to actually do anything. I also feel it's safe to assume that with Cameron's workload, he won't exactly be a day to day Producer on that film.

How can the special effects be worse 28 years later?
