First of a trilogy, guaranteed.

That is gonna be f***ing ludicrous, its like every great action film in the 90s put into one.
Steve Bruce, liar, s*** manager and general prick.

The legendary, much decorated MacGruber (Will Forte) is pulled out of retirement as a monk in Ecuador by a colonel, who needs him once more to fight on behalf of his country. This time the mission involves going up against the evil Cunth (Val Kilmer), who has a nuclear warhead; the mission is personal because Cunth killed MacGruber's bride. Ryan Phillippe will play Piper, an Army officer forced to pair up with a reluctant MacGruber.

I had s*** expectations, but it's been hyped the f*** up as the best SNL movie ever after the first reviews from the test screenings have come online

It's made by The Lonely Island as well, and as you know, I  :smitten: almost anything made by them. :pow:

MacGruber will be a box office hit, and that's what matters.

Nah, I understand why they make movies, but whether or not they make money isn't what matters. It matters to them, but who gives a f*** about them.

I already sent the PM, btw. Days ago.

It will be a good comedy though, Jorma Taccone has written it ffs.

If it's funny, then it will in no way resemble the SNL sketch.

Mike, you honestly think they've made that 20 second skit into a one and a half hour movie? (Yes, I know about A Night at the Roxbury, but still) Of course it won't resemble the sketch, it's just the character. Or at least that's what the early reviews are telling me.
