Mad to think all of the landing has to be pre programmed due to the 12 min delay. Can't imagine the stress in making sure all of its correct before you send it off in to space.

Thats the biggest cost and delay in these missions is having ridiculous quality control both hardware and software.

Watching it pick a landing site based on the topography from the radar data was sci-fi.
We sit here stranded, though we're all doing our best to deny it

Nah f*** this, worst poster nominations are back.
One year I deliberately made no posts in the general chat thread so I couldn’t be nominated for it, I still f***ing won.

I typed it out but I didn't want to ruin Thomas' Friday tbh.

I got you, Tommy.
Aye. Just felt I did it at the same time as you and you came out tops every time. Just in a bad mood now after Pixelhax.

Have to get this out now:

Pixel you're either hacking with the demo, or you're too f***ing good to constantly hammer us to the ground with it every time we play. Starts to take the p*ss a bit. I mean, I don't want you to not enjoy the game, but at the same time I'd quite like to enjoy playing it too.

Imagine living in a world where you believe that's not real. Sad.
Making mistakes is how you learn.
Every generation must fight the same battles again and again and again. There is no final victory, and there is no final defeat, and so a little bit of history may help.
“What power have you got? Where did you get it from? In whose interests do you exercise it? To whom are you accountable? And how can we get rid of you?” If you cannot get rid of the people who govern you, you do not live in a democratic system.
That is why no one with power likes democracy and that is why every generation must struggle to win it and keep it – including you and me, here and now.
