Smith's still got an incredible voice.

Sounds f***ing awful to me like. I couldn’t stand through 1.5hrs of this garbage.

Dave casually getting some c*** out the crowd on stage for Thiago Silva. Nails it.

Amazing. Hope he’s not a plant.
What I was thinking - was too good

Brave of Janelle Monae to invoke the memories of a likely paedophile in her performance.

Just watched the Stormzy set last night. Wew  I've listening to bits of his stuff for a few years now and it's brilliant how far he has come. I'm not really into grime but I've followed rap music since I was 12 so give all sorts of it's offshoots a listen. This man is a game changer and all around star. Total package from his image, stage presence, music and social commentary. He has the music industry and white middle class liberals woke  :D Just what this country needs in these f***ed times of unrest.

Away from the mass praise, there is alot of people who have seen him headlining as a gimmick and a PC move ffs. Spoke to a few people over the weekend who feel this way. Heard the same crap like they like Eminem/Dre/Jay Z etc but his music is s****. Time moves on and we always need to change it up.

I'm no Stomrzy fan boy either, personally I prefer Skepta but hope Stormzy keeps pushing on.

Fontaines D.C were very good. Singer has an air of Ian Curtis about him.

In general the sound quality is getting better year on year.
Bullshitters misrepresent themselves to their audience not as liars do, that is, by deliberately making false claims about what is true. In fact, bullshit need not be untrue at all.

Rather, bullshitters seek to convey a certain impression of themselves without being concerned about whether anything at all is true. They quietly change the rules governing their end of the conversation so that claims about truth and falsity are irrelevant.

The Streets absolutely class too.

Not a plant just some random kid, so good. Love how Dave tells him to just cover the other parts but the lad just nails the whole thing.

I think there's a few things on normal TV over the weekend. A quick look suggests Elbow is on BBC4 tomorrow and Beyonce on BBC2 tomorrow

Insanely good gig that one - Climbing up the Walls in particular is spine tingling, ditto with Lucky and Talk Show Host.
