Is there maybe a better way to do this? Perhaps 3 or 4 of the ever present members, providing they've time and willingness to do it, just more or less decide what goes in what category. Must be soul destroying for K' to constantly have to harass people for nominations, knowing fine well people might have real things to do and stuff.
As it is, it's in the narrow hands of about 10 or so nominating, doubt the end results would be much different if 4 people just picked them without the hassle of chasing people up.
