Potentially a good move for us. Maybe a midfielder who can carry the ball forward will help breach the massive gap between everyone else and the front three. Could also turn out absolutely s***. I used to really rate him back when he was at Spurs but haven’t really followed him since.

I liked him at spurs but essentially we are rehabbing him and he hasn’t played for ages
 I dunno. I'm starting to think it was us.
Trump will do well man. Don't know why but I really feel this will be the case. Really hope it will come to be that way.

Brewcie will immediately send him out for 90, he'll do a hammy and be gone for 2 months.

He's only 25? What? He played for spurs yonks ago.

He was very young when he was elevated to the first team. Always felt like he could be really, really good, but always had some serious attitude. Feelings were mixed when we sold him, but his career since has stalled in the way it seemed like it might all along. Good player when engaged, mind.

Brucey’s just the man to get him back on the right track

Seems like we’ve ditched our ‘no dickheads’ policy then...

Dunno what's happened there but his highlights for Schalke look saucy.

As long as there's potential profit to be made they don't care

Already got loads of CMs so that's surely Ki off to Celtic, or we've agreed to melt Colback.

I thought Colback hadn't made the squad.

They're not all in the squad, but we have Hayden, Shelvey, Longstaff 1, Longstaff 2, Ki, Colback, Saivet and Bentaleb for just 2 spots.

So much deadwood at this club.

Anyway, I think he's clearly more naturally talented then any of our other midfielders. Got mobility too.

Little risk. He could add a lot to the team with his passing ability. If it doesn’t work out we’ll get by with what we have.

Good player, just what we need in midfield.

Does that mean he can run box to box and pass the ball accurately?

Hopefully he was just Sounessed and unlucky to have a c*** of a manager.
Sir Bobby Robson: “What is a club in any case? Not the buildings or the directors or the people who are paid to represent it. It’s not the television contracts, get-out clauses, marketing departments or executive boxes. It’s the noise, the passion, the feeling of belonging, the pride in your city. It’s a small boy clambering up stadium steps for the very first time, gripping his father’s hand, gawping at that hallowed stretch of turf beneath him and, without being able to do a thing about it, falling in love.”

Our midfield is s**** in general so if he’s half decent then he has a chance.

He's been kept out by two separate managers though hasn't he?

Ben Arfa's been treat that way by many but I still don't see the issue he actually caused with our squad.
