Was always aware of his singles and had a greatest hits CD. Bought Hunky Dory and Ziggy 3 weeks ago to play in the car over easter as we were visiting family in wales.
f*** me. completely blown away by the songs.
Even my youngest who is only 5 was was singing along to Kooks and Moonage Daydream ( "I'm an alligatorrrr.......!!!") by the time we got back. My 8 year old has become obsessed with Starman and Rebel Rebel.
gonna take my time and work through the rest of his stuff.

Feels like I've just stumbled across a huge musical secret.

Some guy on Reddit just digitized his dad's Super8 film of Bowie at Boston Garden in 1976

I'm one of the most cynical, annoyingly opinioned t***s going, but I fail to see anything wrong with that, like. The worst thing about this whole story is the f***ing Metro article itself.
Typical f***ing nonsense heading. A story about a 'Twitter backlash'. No one in their right mind cares about twitter anymore and even less about who ever decides to waste their time on it or caring about what's on it. A typical "article" about a f***ing tweet from a nothing paper/site who fail each and every day to report news and pretty much just publish individual personal blog entries by morons as stories. I'm maybe unfairly judging, but that lass who's written that isn't going to amount to much of a journalist. Glossy mag features writer, maybe.
And all the tweets "slamming" the PR stunt... How is a simple statement about a period of time passing since an event a PR stunt.

Cretins.
Soon you will find out the man I'm supposed to be.

The left of Twitter is generally political correctness gone mad for the most part like. It's to socialism, what Tumblr Feminists are to Feminism, discrediting and undermining.

Blackstar and Lazarus are the highlights.  Album is really varied in style.
