Definitely helps having about 80x the financial support behind us compared to Thailand.

I am fine with this

I wouldn't mind seeing this USA team play the current Sunderland side.

I was going to say these sort of scorelines just paint the women's version of the sport in bad light, then I remembered Brazil 1 - 7 Germany

The Americans still celebrating these goals remind me of the South Park ep where the kids are up against some NHL team in the Stanley Cup

Some US Media already questioning if they should have "ran the score up" or needed to celebrate every goal like that. Shut the f*** up and support your country's team on a historic evening.

back to the ครัว you go
Before that why didn't the Wigan fans just walk the the Stewart's, the Stewart's only went up to the touchline, their was a big gap between the end of the Stewart's and the stand they could have walked through.

Us Canadians never miss a chance to drive a knife into our raucous, boisterous neighbours. Shameful behavior if you ask me, but typically oh so Murican.

Watched a couple of games and just can't get into it. The overall standard seems poor and it's not physical enough for me. Some of the goalkeeping has been farcical!

Scorelines like 13-0 won't do it any favours. Stadiums have also looked pretty sparse so it mustn't have captured the locals imaginations either.

I'm trying to watch it with my 9yo daughter who plays on weekends, but neither of us are very interested. Australia were s*** losing to Italy, and I'm glad I won't have to watch the highlights of the US massacre with her. So very poor, not a great advert for the women's game at all.
