It's actually quite an emotive speech and it makes me so angry at the liars and frauds who sold us this s***.

As far as Tories go, Major isn’t bad.

Don’t know whether that’s purely to being relative to all of the other Tory c***s who’ve been PM in my lifetime.

Good speech but let's be honest, the biggest issue for Leave voters is immigration. He didn't make a case for it and barely touched on it. The stuff about not being a great power anymore was good though and needs (needed, too late now) to be hammered home.

Yes.
Bullshitters misrepresent themselves to their audience not as liars do, that is, by deliberately making false claims about what is true. In fact, bullshit need not be untrue at all.

Rather, bullshitters seek to convey a certain impression of themselves without being concerned about whether anything at all is true. They quietly change the rules governing their end of the conversation so that claims about truth and falsity are irrelevant.

A Brexit Party MEP if you're being nitpicky. Those that joined BP always liked to pretend it was a different animal to UKIP, but it really was not.
Making mistakes is how you learn.
Every generation must fight the same battles again and again and again. There is no final victory, and there is no final defeat, and so a little bit of history may help.
“What power have you got? Where did you get it from? In whose interests do you exercise it? To whom are you accountable? And how can we get rid of you?” If you cannot get rid of the people who govern you, you do not live in a democratic system.
That is why no one with power likes democracy and that is why every generation must struggle to win it and keep it – including you and me, here and now.

Claire Fox from the Institute of Claire Fox's Ideas, she's always on the Moral Maze on Radio 4, it's uncanny that whatever subject they're discussing her opinion is without exception the exact opposite of mine.

Seeing as she's pro child porn, pro child murder and a genocide denier, I think that's a good thing.

Why f***ing evidence do you want? Do you just argue for the sake of it? Get help dude.

Because evidence is usually a fundamental part of an accusation. I like to make my own mind up. In all fairness, that isn't evidence. Your original source might be, but that's just something you've typed. Is there a video? A recording?

So far the strongest evidence on display points to the fact that some people are a bit suss with the facts.

And since when was a request for evidence an argument?

There'll be a deal. We'll be worse off for it butvit won't be a cliff edge. More of a steady downhill.

Oh my. The ongoing pandemic has resulted in issues with negotiations. With that in mind it's good to know that the government kept an open mind earlier in the year with things such as maybe extending the transition period.
