As if we have anyone close to signing. It’s not even January 28th yet.

The most realistic link I have seen so far is the Borini one. It is absolute textbook.

Rafa being given no money, and so having to go after someone he knows well (from Liverpool) and therefore he knows he can trust at the very least, who has a lot of prem experience, and who is likely very easily available even on loan (Went to AC Milan for £5 million and can't get in the team currently).

If I were a betting man I would put a £100 on him joining us in January.

Almiron is pure fantasy, a pipe dream, an absolute non-starter, it is pie in the sky, incomprehensible, unfathomable, lunacy, wishful thinking, utter desperation, delusion, it is embarrassing, shameful even. It is disgusting.

Had a few dances off her when I've been in Blue velvet with friends. She's one of the ones who will push her fanny in your face, usually I like that but hers smells f***ing rotten. Only had dances off her because she agreed to take less money for the dances when me and my mate said we were skint.

I was a pure creep when I was a kid tbf. Used to spunk in deoderant can lids too

Doubt Milan would let him go unless we spent loads which isn’t going to happen and would be a waste anyway. He plays plenty of games for them

Dunno about the 2nd one but the first was allegedly a quote from someone at Atlanta United saying they wouldn't loan him and "wouldn't transfer him for chump change" in regards to reports of our offer size.

We’ll not be able to afford him now.
"What is a club in any case? Not the buildings or the directors or the people who are paid to represent it. It’s not the television contracts, get-out clauses, marketing departments or executive boxes. It’s the noise, the passion, the feeling of belonging, the pride in your city. It’s a small boy clambering up stadium steps for the very first time, gripping his father’s hand, gawping at that hallowed stretch of turf beneath him and, without being able to do a thing about it, falling in love." - Sir Bobby Robson

I remember when we were constantly linked with Aubemyang and Lacazette for months. Great to see them both being smash hits in the premier now, perhaps the same will happen for this Almiron fella.

Soccer is hard

solid conclusion
So raise your fists and march around
Dont dare take what you need
I'll jail and bury those committed
And smother the rest in greed
Crawl with me into tomorrow
Or i'll drag you to your grave
I'm deep inside your children
They'll betray you in my name

Sleep now in the fire

I think Almiron want to sign for us but Ashley won't pay his pricetag. But he's been told that if the takeover is completed he will be the first signing in the new owners future plans. A signing that has been earmarked by Rafa.
Only stumbling block is to get the alledged takeover done and dusted.
