Kayleigh McEnany had a f***ing mare yesterday, damn.

Out rightly claimed that Trump was not given a peaceful or orderly transfer of power when he came into office.

Then CNN asks why she won’t let them ask a question and she says she “doesn’t call on activists”

Just like, why?

According to the fifth risk Obama gave Trump a great transition, and Bush gave Obama a great transition. The problem was that Trump didn’t really participate. People were sat around in government departments until January waiting for someone from Trump’s regime to turn up, then they would get some weirdo with no interest or knowledge in what that department does.

I can only imagine what these guys were like on 9/11, watching the towers come down, "Pfffft, that's a fatality rate of less than 0.0018% of the country, what's the big deal?  Why the hell can't I fly to Florida tomorrow for Spring Break? Scaremongering."

Yeah, I keep thinking about 9/11 and difference in response. It cost the U.S trillions after fighting 2 wars in the middle east and completely revamping the CIA and FBI. That was for 3k deaths (RIP).

Looking at half a million deaths by March and Don is still tweeting in his undies.
Sir Bobby Robson: “What is a club in any case? Not the buildings or the directors or the people who are paid to represent it. It’s not the television contracts, get-out clauses, marketing departments or executive boxes. It’s the noise, the passion, the feeling of belonging, the pride in your city. It’s a small boy clambering up stadium steps for the very first time, gripping his father’s hand, gawping at that hallowed stretch of turf beneath him and, without being able to do a thing about it, falling in love.”

As expected, but still :sweetjesus:

Quote
...One might expect that when seeking such a startling outcome, a plaintiff would come formidably armed with compelling legal arguments and factual proof of rampant corruption, such that this Court would have no option but to regrettably grant the proposed injunctive relief despite the impact it would have on such a large group of citizens.

That has not happened. Instead, this Court has been presented with strained legal arguments without merit and speculative accusations, unpled in the operative complaint and unsupported by evidence. In the United States of America, this cannot justify the disenfranchisement of a single voter, let alone all the voters of its sixth most populated state. Our people, laws, and institutions demand more. At bottom, Plaintiffs have failed to meet their burden to state a claim upon which relief may be granted. Therefore, I grant Defendants’ motions and dismiss Plaintiffs’ action with prejudice.

 That's a pretty good analogy.

By signing a pleading in federal court, the lawyer is certifying to the court that there's evidentiary support for the claims made in it. The lack of evidentiary support is a basis for sanctions. So the judge here is just shy of outright saying he'd sanction the Trump campaign, its lawyers, or both. That's a f***ing smack down.

From CNN's Misinforrmation Watch:

Republican challenger Andrew Sitto implied the "tens of thousands of ballots" he saw cast for former vice president Joe Biden were proof of fraud, but the judge considered those ballots "not surprising."

"It is not surprising that many of the votes being observed by Mr. Sitto were votes cast for Mr. Biden in light of the fact that former Vice President Biden received approximately 220,000 more votes than President Trump," Judge Kenny wrote in his ruling.

With everything going on we should be grateful that JEB! still has his eye on what's really important in these troubling times.
