Carver's wife.

The stand-in for the rental car lady in Planes, Trains, and Automobiles. I guarantee that she says gobble gobble every Thanksgiving.
Not one of the cool kids, and really insecure about it.

  That woman is dreaming of things to do to Trump that would get you kicked out of the San Fernando valley.

Big ups to everyone that caught a geographical reference to a famous but now mostly defunct porn production hotbed of the 2000s. winners, all of us.

If Florida gets declared on election night as being won by Biden, is it a guarantee that he wins the election? I caught the back-end of a conversation this morning and that’s what they seemed to be implying.

Pretty much, yeah.

Biden doesn't need Florida to win, but Trump does.

In isolation, I agree, but in comparison to the others she looks like the only one who might be thinking "I've made a mistake".

Fires really starting to get bad here in Colorado. One started just west of Boulder today around 1pm and within two hours was over 2,000 acres. Absolute scenes on social media groups as the smoke blows directly into Denver. The Cameron Peak fire is still burning too, around 57% contained now, and is the largest fire in Colorado history at almost 188,000 acres.  :'(

Just did some math and we're a little over 420,000 acres burning/burned this fire season. Luckily most have been in the mountains and haven't had a huge human impact as far as life threatening impacts go.

Just another cherry on the s*** sandwich for Trump.  He relies on heavy on in person, on the day voting, and his base is susceptible to any major outbreaks in the key states.

In line to vote under a tent in the rain. Unfortunately may have to ditch soon as I need to go to work. Best estimate wait is probably about an hour once you’re in the queue. God knows how long if you factor in parking and traffic, ‘cos it’s nuts.
Obviously, I'm speaking of a hypothetical world in which there is a greater club than Tottenham.

Aren't you in a red area as well? Probably have chariots with the wheel blades gliding through the queue in blue towns.

We’ve been sort of purple, then red. Actual voting place is in Akron, which is blue because it’s a proper city.

Trying to gauge the crowd. Seems fairly mixed. A smattering of red, white and blue. Couple of Trump shirts. Less Browns merchandise than there would have been had we won yesterday.
Obviously, I'm speaking of a hypothetical world in which there is a greater club than Tottenham.

https://www.businessinsider.com/trump-nevada-biden-listen-to-scientists-coronavirus-2020-10

Quote
President Donald Trump ridiculed his Democratic rival Joe Biden on the campaign trail on Sunday by saying that if elected, Biden would "listen to the scientists" when it came to handling the coronavirus.

The words, said in a mock-serious tone at a Nevada rally, came as Trump contrasted his ambivalence toward his scientific advisors with how Biden might approach the pandemic.

"If you vote for Biden, he will surrender your jobs to China. He will surrender your future to the virus," Trump said. "He's going to lock down — this guy wants to lock down. He'll listen to the scientists.

"If I listened totally to the scientists, we would right now have a country that would be in a massive depression instead of — we're like a rocket ship, take a look at the numbers."

What a f***ing jamoke.

And what I gather from that is that the scientists have been telling Trump to shut it down and he's been refusing, putting more and more lives in danger.
