1. Slimani came in on deadline day.
But...6 in a row. But...Calciopoli.

I reckon Haydn wears pure concentrated pheromones.

Didn't we get Slimani in Jan?
Sir Bobby Robson: “What is a club in any case? Not the buildings or the directors or the people who are paid to represent it. It’s not the television contracts, get-out clauses, marketing departments or executive boxes. It’s the noise, the passion, the feeling of belonging, the pride in your city. It’s a small boy clambering up stadium steps for the very first time, gripping his father’s hand, gawping at that hallowed stretch of turf beneath him and, without being able to do a thing about it, falling in love.”

Always thought he was canny without being great. Could work alongside Lascelles.

Yup. Experienced player who knows the league and has worked with Rafa before. Not the most exciting signing but CB signings for squad depth rarely are.

Ryder simultaneously reporting that bid has been accepted and fee not yet been agreed.
You're going to pay. In fear dollars.

I’m guessing a 3 year deal since he’s 29 already.

Buying him for money? That's bizarre.

£6m for a 29yr old is even more bizarre ( by our standards).

Panic at the shitstorm coming their way. Think they can try and appease with this bollocks is f***ing laughable.
If bints claim they can multi-task, why can't they have an orgasm and headache at the same time?

I much prefer him than that Marlon Santos guy, he is not outstanding but does the job.

Considering he's an experienced international and knows the league (probably the language too), it's a far better deal than Marlon that's for sure.

Still paper thin in midfield, no left back, no backup right back, no real number 10. Shambles.

Before he f***ed up his career in Swansea, he was a solid performer under Rafa. 6m is a very reasonable price as well. Much better deal than the Marlon one.

Great signing.

Still Manquillo imo, who'll also be first choice back up to Dummett at LB. Sterry will play RB if both our full backs are injured or unavailable, as Manquillo plays at LB in that case.

Shows just how appalling we are run, utterly woeful and pathetic.
