Watched Terminator 2 again today. The effects on that are still quality today, which speaks volumes as it's 28 years old. The nuclear detonation scene is bloody horrible, it's the bit where the people in the park are burning alive before turning into ashen corpses. Bet that scene gave a few people nightmares when that film came out.
But...6 in a row. But...Calciopoli.

I reckon Haydn wears pure concentrated pheromones.

You sat and watched that when Eurovision's Most Shocking Moments was available to view on C5 catch-up?

john wick 2 - for some reason i thought this was s**** first time i saw it, glad i watched again and will be off to see JW3 when i can
So raise your fists and march around
Dont dare take what you need
I'll jail and bury those committed
And smother the rest in greed
Crawl with me into tomorrow
Or i'll drag you to your grave
I'm deep inside your children
They'll betray you in my name

Sleep now in the fire

Horrible like. But I think the one in T2 is more gruesome. It's the second or two you see of Sarah Connor and baby John ablaze alive and it looks like they're melting like some sort of waxwork.

I think the whole film is on yootoob. It's a bit like 'Brassed Off' without the life-affirming ending.

Unfriended: Dark Web, very busy.

I watched this last night, it was decent. Didn't realise it was supposed to be linked to the first one somehow.

Watched Thunder Road.  Really good, although definitely a little weird as f***.  The end really got to me though. :undecided:
You will not be punished for your anger, you will be punished by your anger.
We ourselves are responsible for our own happiness and misery. We create our own Heaven. We create our own Hell. We are the architects of our own fate.
Student says " I am very discouraged. What should I do?" Master says, "encourage others."
We are what we think. All that we are arises with our thoughts. With our thoughts, we make the world.
It takes a wise man to learn from his mistakes, but an even wiser man to learn from others.
This is what should be done. By one who is skilled in goodness, and who knows the path of peace: Let them be able and upright, straightforward and gentle in speech. Humble and not conceited, contented and easily satisfied. Unburdened with duties and frugal in their ways. Peaceful and calm, and wise and skillful, not proud and demanding in nature. Let them not do the slightest thing that the wise would later reprove.

Holy Mackerel. Just got back from John Wick. Felt a touch too long and dare I say it, some sequences were a bit.... samey. But it was so well done, I don’t really care much. Just wall to wall action.
