I do not understand any of this
"Lots of young fellas runnin' around in shorts, that's the kind of think you like looking at, and I bet you like that too, only you're probably imagining what they'd look like without shorts, you're sitting there imagining that with a big smile on your face, ya dirty fecker"

I don't think it was that dark either, you could still make everything out absolutely fine. Unless they had the contrast turned up in the cinema I was in?

Really enjoyed The Joker, don't usually like comic book films so thought this one was really good. So intense and you could barely take your eyes off how great Phoenix was all film. De Niro being in a good film is a rarity these days too.

Was also better than my last Batman cinema experience when my gf at the time said three quarters of the way through the film "is Bruce Wayne Batman?"

Come on, that billionaire playboy?  He's too busy socialising at cocktail parties and managing the affairs of the Wayne Foundation.

Second time viewing of Joker was even better. This film is a true masterpiece and that final 30 mins is utterly mesmerising.

For me was a massive disappointment after the hype. So many holes in the story. The acting was great. It was well made. But not a masterpiece

Deadwood: The Movie

My only criticism is that ended too soon. If El Camino is half as enjoyable I'll be happy.

Looks like it might be the end of the saga, Milch seems to be having problems with his mental health :(

Yeah it was OK, maybe slightly better than half as good as the Deadwood movie ;)

I think both relied on nostalgia to a certain extent and in those terms I'm more of a Deadwood man than a Breaking Bad man though I loved them both.

They were both fan service to an extent but I just think Deadwood nailed it to an extent that El Camino did not.

Joker.

Been a week since I've seen it.  Still thinking about all the different interpretations and I've changed my mind and thought of loads of different theories and takes on the film.

I think when it ended, I felt a tad underwhelmed and thought the ending was a bit rushed.  Then the more I think about it, the more I realise how much I liked it.  Some genuine laugh out loud moments in between all the depressing stuff.

Joker.

Really enjoyed it. Only thing that ruined it was going to the cinema continues to be an abysmal experience. Went to a 1:30PM showing thinking it would be quiet. Nah, still full of c***s eating food smelling worse than a tramps arsehole. c***s talking. c***s rustling their tramps arsehole packaging. Oh and the worst of all c***s, c***s walking in 20-30 mins after the film has started and proceeding to fanny on looking for their seats. c***s the lot of them

9/10

Was at an IT 2 showing and I counted a good half dozen people unashamedly using their phones throughout the film.  Since when have people decided that was acceptable?

Cinemas over here are usually quite well behaved, but had a t*** sitting next to me on the f***ing Premier of Endgame checking his phone like 10 minutes in. Wasn't having any of that, told him off straight away.

There's was a bunch of college kids sitting a few seats away from me that couldn't stop laughing when the midget came on screen. p*ssed me right off.

Honestly I'd happily pay £50 for a one viewing rental of new releases on day one, rather than step foot in a cinema again.

The everyman cinema isn't too bad, other than when they bring out peoples food orders during the adverts at the very start, but that's palatable

Saw Joker at the Metrocentre and had the same experience.

It's why I always try to go to Tyneside as I've never had those issues there. It's worth the extra couple of quid to avoid the potential for the experience to be ruined by knackers.

Before that why didn't the Wigan fans just walk the the Stewart's, the Stewart's only went up to the touchline, their was a big gap between the end of the Stewart's and the stand they could have walked through.
God man replacement's don't have to 100% of best to 100% of a replacement.
The are both white, both intellects, both middle class, both the typical 'people who would have thought could never do such a thing ', all traits of a Psychopath.
